Flat Rate $5 Shipping- Yes, Only $5 dollars an order. Whether you order one item or ten its still only $5 Dollars. Applies to US states only. All Shipments are mailed using USPS service only . Non US customers will receive a discounted rate off the USPS rate option they choose. For International shipments please see below instructions so we can be sure to take care of our overseas friends as well.
International shipments: So we can provide you with the lowest Discounted USPS shipping options, we ask that you email us a list of parts with your complete shipping address with street number, city, state and postal code, so we can provide you the lowest rate and transit time options to choose from. Once you confirm requested option, we can email you a direct PayPal invoice to pay for the order and we will process and ship once paid and email you tracking information.

Pickups- If the item states "also available for same day pickup" under its description means we should have item in stock. We update the site daily so inventory should be spot on but we will contact you if we made a mistake or item just sold before we could update the sites description to state otherwise. Anything listed that does not show its available for same day pickup are only 24/48 hours from our location, so still very fast. If you want to pickup your item(s) same day, please place order and select Pickup and we will contact you once orders ready for pickup. Please do not head our way until we contact you so we are sure Your item(s) are ready for pickup. You will not be charged the $5 Flat rate mentioned above and can get your items quickly. All US, Overseas and APO/PO Orders are shipped via USPS mail service. OPC does not use 3rd party shipping options.
Overseas Duties and Additional Fees: For overseas orders, OPC is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at your customs facility once the parcel reaches the destination. Please check with your local customs to calculate if there will be any additional fees once parcel arrives at your customs facility prior to ordering.
California Orders: All California resident orders will be charged a 9% tax fee on each order. This will be calculated at checkout based off the product purchase amount. Only authorized Dealers with a valid resell number on file will be except from CA tax.
Returns: To return an item OPC asks that you return the unused/unopened item within 15 days of receiving and in new resalable condition and in original packaging. There are no exceptions past the 15 day period to return items. All Returns must be pre authorized by OPC before returning. Any returning item that does not meet the return requirements will be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged for return shipping costs. Once an item is approved to return and arrives and meets all return policy’s above the customer will be refunded in one of the following forms. Company Check, PayPal or Store Credit. Shipping fees are not refundable in the return.
Refused Orders: All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Items: If you receive an order that was damaged in transit we ask that you email us the following info to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving

If determined the parcel was damaged in transit OPC will issue an RMA and send a replacement Duplicate order as quickly as possible if the customer wishes a replacement. If the parcel is no longer needed/wanted the customer will be given a refund within 3 to 5 days of returning the damaged item/s to OPC.
Warranty Returns: In our advertising for most electrical items you will notice we offer a limited time warranty against Mfg. Defects on certain items. To qualify for this warranty the items must have installed correctly by a trained technician and proven to be a fault in the craftsmanship of the product. Items not installed correctly by a trained tech with the proper tools such as a test lamp are not subject to be returned/replaced. OPC uses an exclusive Blue dot system and inspects and tests each electrical component upon arrival into our inventory prior to sale to the public. Each Turn signal or Tail light will have the OPC blue dot sticker on each package which shows the item was properly inspected and tested by OPC prior to being put into inventory for public sale.
DOT Approval: Please note that all aftermarket signals, Tail lights and various other items OPC sells may not be DOT approved and installing them is at the buyers risk and OPC is not held legally responsible.
Out Of Stock and Backordered items: OPC does their best to keep all high selling items in stock. In the event an item(s) is out of stock at the time an order is placed, the customer will be notified within 24 hours of placing the order with an ETA on when the out of stock item(s) will be back in stock so you can decide upon one of the of two options listed below. The options below are for items that are not on a backorder longer than 3 to 5 days from the Manufacturer. As backorders can hold up an order for customers, OPC's policy is to not hold orders for items N/A for an extended period of 5 or more days. OPC will contact customers with any items that are on an extended backorder of 5 or more days which the item(s) will be immediately cancelled from the order and the customer can reorder at a later date when the items may come back into stock. The remaining items will be shipped and a credit will be applied back for the cancelled item(s) on the order.
1. Wait for the item(s) to come back into stock within 2 to 3 days and ship the order complete
2. Cancel the order in its entirety and OPC will credit the order back in full within 24/48 hours from time it is cancelled.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice, OPC will do their best to keep the public informed of any changes when possible.
OPC will always do what they can to get each order out in a fast, Safe and efficient manner. Most orders made before 11 am PST should ship the same day if all ordered items are in stock.
